Shipping, returns, warranty and terms

The terms that apply to every quote and order. Your proforma invoice restates the ones specific to your purchase.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our Denver, Colorado facility or directly from the manufacturer. In-stock items ship within 3–7 business days; built-to-order equipment typically ships in 2–6 weeks, with the date confirmed on your proforma invoice. Freight is insured door to door. Large equipment ships crated or palletized with liftgate delivery; inside delivery and installation can be added to your quote. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states as standard. Returns and cancellations

Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging and with all accessories; a 15% restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Built-to-order, configured and refurbished equipment is not returnable unless defective on arrival. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file the freight claim on your behalf. Orders may be cancelled without charge at any time before they ship.

Warranty

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months, as stated on each quote. Certified refurbished equipment carries a 12-month Meibang parts-and-labor warranty. Warranties exclude consumables, cosmetic wear, misuse and unauthorized modification. After the warranty period we offer preventive maintenance and service contracts, and we coordinate repairs and loaner units where available.

Payment and security

We issue a proforma invoice before taking any payment. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH or wire transfer in US dollars. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment provider; full card numbers never touch our systems. Orders above $25,000 may be split into a deposit and a balance due before shipment. Sales tax is charged where the law requires it; tax-exempt organizations should send their exemption certificate with the order.

We collect the contact, organization and shipping details you give us in order to prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery and provide support. We do not sell personal information. Payment details go directly to our payment processor and are not stored by us. We keep order records for as long as US tax rules and medical-device traceability requirements oblige us to. Terms of sale

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, installation and tax unless stated otherwise. Title passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment; risk of loss passes on delivery. Some equipment is restricted by federal law to sale by or on the order of a licensed healthcare practitioner (Rx only); by ordering such items the buyer confirms it is eligible to purchase them. The buyer is responsible for using equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
